Change default Timeout settings on Entourage 2004

I am trying to setup my pop email onto entourage 2004, but I am having problems with sending mails. I need to change the default time out settings, but I cannot find a way to do that. Can anyone help?

Under Tools in the Menu bar select Schedules. Set the time you want there.
Entourage Help has instructions if you need additional info.
