change font size on the family monthly budget doc

i have req a Family Budget doc. when i printed it off it was so small it was
difficult to read and cells were so small that i was unable to write in them.
Tried to change cell size nothing happened.

Why are you writing in the cells? You type your data within Excel.......

You need to change the print settings when you print it off.....
