I frequently use documents that have been prepared elsewhere with formatting
different to what is contained in our normal.dot template. These documents
have text, tables and pictures in them. How can I easily change the
formatting of the text from say, "right justified" to "left justified" in the
document when it is opened. I do not want to change the formatting in the
tables contained in the document. I want to avoid blocking each paragraph and
changing the format as it is too time consuming.
