Change from IE to Safari

I'm an idiot. Somewhere I set my links in received emails to open
with IE. Now, years later I want links to only open with Safari.
I've searched high and low and can't find where to make this change.
I'm using a Mac with OS 10.3.9 and Entourage. Any help would be
greatly appreciated.

You can set this in Safari itself (in Preferences), or you can download
and install this excellent utility to set it:
