Does anyone know of a way to change an given email message that has
already been identified as junk, and has a low or medium "Junk
Likelihood," to high?
All I can find is the option to change the overall filtering settings -
low, med, high, exclusive. If I have it set at high, how does Entourage
determine whether to then identify each message as low, high, medium? I
am now set at High, but I get messages that are identified as low or
medium - though it does put them in the Junk Folder.
