Change Menubar based on Windows User LogonID

I have a mdb in which i have made 3 difference menu bar, generally to test I
have set a particular menu bar, which I would like to change based on the
Windows LogOnID.

The three menu bar is as below :
AccountsMenu
ServiceMenu
SalesMenu

It should accordingly to windowsLogOn ID. For example if Mr. Sam login with
ID - SAM1, then all the report and forms menu should have AccountsMenu and so
on for others.

Please advice a method/solution to complete this.

Sir,

I viewed the website and hopefully I will be able to get the username But
please advise further how/where to do the coding of the startup so that it
will change the custom menubar and toolbar accordingly, as it has to be same
for that user for his login.
