Does that mean I cant use it any more as a client for
workgroup office mail the old Microsoft mail post office
I used to set it up as a service
How would I configure it if I used Exchange server doesn't that use services
in outlook?

Microsoft Mail has been unsupported since Outlook 98, IIRC.
