Change OS X default mail from Mail to Entourage?

I am using Entourage X for both POP and Exchange Server mail accounts
on an Mac Quicksilver G4 w/ OS X 10.2.6 (Jaguar). I would like to
change the default email program from Mac's Mail program to Entourage
X so that when I click on an email link on a web page Entourage comes
up instead of Mail.

How do I disable Mac Mail and/or have Entourage X come up as the
default mail program?
