change spanish to english

my friend installed the spanish version but I need the english one how can I
change the whole configuration of words to English

Legally, you cannot install your friend's copy of Word or Office onto your
computer unless your friend does not have it installed anywhere else. You
cannot change the user interface from its localized language (in this case,
Spanish). If you want English menus, you will have to buy an English version
of Word or Office and install it.
