Change spell check language with macro

Hi,

I wonder if anyone knows how to write a macro that changes the spell
check
language (Outlook 2k)? Is it even possible to do this?

I'm confused why there is no "record macro" function in Outlook 2k...
would this be so very hard to implement when most of the other
office-apps have this functionality?
