Change start of the week settings

Today my start of the week settings changed from sunday to monday, and now
these settings have become unchangeable. How do I get it to change back?

Did they actually change or are you using a view that only shows Mon - Fri
or one that condenses Sat/Sun into one square?

What version of Outlook?
