Change textstye in vba

How can I change a shape textstyle in vba? I see the Character/Size and
Character/Style cells in the shape sheet, but I don't know the format for how
to designate those cells so that I can change their formulas.

This gave me a clue, and then I puzzled out the values by testing with the
shape sheet

..Cells("Char.Size").Formula = "8 pt."
..Cells("Char.Style").Formula = "1"

"Char" describes the section, and Size and Style the particular cells

have you checked the v2003 sdk? It has routines for text formatting in it as
examples?
