Is there a method to change the default browser in Mac's Entourage?

Every time an email's link is selected, I.E opens,
but I want to use SAFARI by mac..

In Safari go to Preferences>General and set your default browser to
Safari. Entourage seems to obey that setting on my machine, as I have
other browsers installed (not IE though) and it doesn't try them.

There are other ways to set this preference, eg using RCDefaultApp
<http://www.rubicode.com/Software/RCDefaultApp/>.

The Apple way of selecting what application gets used, is in the
preferences of their applications. To set what eMail client gets used,
you have to go into Apple Mail and change it there. To set what browser
gets used you have to go into Safari and change it in the prefs there.
A typically Apple way of doing things.
