Change the default Reply account?

OSX Entourage X

Powermail lets you receive mail into one account, hit reply and it will
automatically choose another main account if you have set one in the
preferences, but I cannot see any way to do that in Entourage.

Here's the situation:
I have a mailbox [email protected] to which I forward my mail
from [email protected] in order to run filters on the email.
However, if I hit reply, my mail reveals my hidden or protected email
account. What I'd like to do is have all replies go out through my default
KnownAddress.

Is that possible?

Why don't you just use [email protected] as the e-mail address
defined in the account?

Because the server wouldn't allow it using the log on to get the protected
email address. BUT I found in Mail preferences that I can check "reply with
default account," which fixed my problem
Thanks
