Change to simplified Chinese

I can input and display English and Traditional Chinese in my English Office
Word. Is it possible to change inputted Traditional Chinese to Simplified
Chinese?

"Tools(¤u¨ã)" -> "Language(»y¨¥)" and you'll see something like "CHT/CHS
conversion(¤¤¤åÁc²Âà´«)". (I use chinese version so don't know how it call
in english)
