Changing apperance back to gray?

I just installed Publisher 2003 (upgraded from 2000). Is there any way to get
rid of the baby blue menus and window borders and go back to plain gray? I'm
finding a color scheme from one of my newsletters really clashes with the
baby blue, and it's hard to get past it.

I know I can revert to Windows Classic appearance, but I actually like the
XP appearance. I've also tried WindowsBlinds and StyleXP, but they seem
really unsuitable for professional work.

Thanks!

There are skins for StyleXP available which look far more professional than
the default bouncing blue baby Windows.

Note that you don't need StyleXP to use non-standard Visual Styles in
Windows XP.
The patch here: http://www.neowin.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=140707
allows you to install and use custom Windows visual styles.
