Changing between 2 accounts

I am using Outlook 2000.
Windows Me

I have just set up a second Earthlink account and I'd like to find an easier
way to change between the two.
What I'm doing now when I want to send mail via the second account (acct. B)
is clicking Tools/Accounts and then making acct. B the default. Then after I
send the mail, I have to reverse the process and change the default back to
"main account".

Surely there's an easier way.
Also how can I know which account I am without looking in Tools/Accounts?

If I remember rightly you can go into Options with in the email and choose
the sending account, this is for Internet Only mode.

Thank you, Robert, for your considerate answer.
But I think you missed my point. What I'm doing now works just fine, but it
requires clicking Tools to cause a drop down menu to drop down and then
clicking Accounts to get the Accounts window, and then clicking the "B"
account, and then finally, clicking the default button, and then clicking
the close button. Whew! Now I can finally send my email via the "B" account.
Now, I have to reverse the whole procedure in order to get back to the Main
Account!

What I'm hoping for is a way to put a button on the menu bar, for example
that will toggle between the two accounts automatically---With a single
click!
(Okay, two buttons (one for each account) would be okay, too)

But its quicker to change the sending account within the mail message and
you don't have to go and change it back, the experience you are having was
resolved/changed in New versions of Outlook whereby you had a drop down
field on the email to choose the sending account.

Okay. I see....
I went to Tools/Options inside the email composing window but I couldn't
find anything about changing the sending account. What tab is it under?

The General Tab has a "Web Options" button but I couldn't find it there.
