Word 2003 - we have to break an file with tons of photos into several different files. We want the first photo caption in file #2 to start with Figure 25 and continue on from there. I can't find any way to get the numbers to keep going (26, 27, 28, etc.) I noticed that the numbers are field codes. I tried editing with some of the switches but that didn't work. Is there a way to do this without having to change the number 1 that comes up each time to the correct number? (We'll be doing a lot of this so if there's a way, we'd be grateful)
