changing cells depending on another cell.

Hi

I have a spreadsheet with 2 columns, one is Items and the other cost.
want a number to be added to the cost cells depending on what the use
puts into the item cells.

Example:
If the user writes "aeroplane" into cell B2, cell D2 would change t
11, or if the user writes say "helicopter" in cell B3 then cell D
would change to 10.

Hope this is clear and someone cant help.
