You can't be looking at "multiple calendars" if everything is in the same
calendar. Only Exchange accounts have more than one calendar in Entourage,
and you can't even look at more than one at a time.

So I think you must mean that you have multiple categories - or wish you
did. How did your events arrive in Entourage? Did you create them manually?
If so, you need to have Categories - created on Edit/Categories/Edit
Categories - where you can assign any color you want to any category, and
then assign the category you want for each calendar event as you make it
(using the Categories button in the event window's toolbar) or afterwards by
the same way or by control-clicking (right-clicking) on the event, select
Categories, select the category.

Or did you import these events from somewhere? Where? Are they on an
Exchange account calendar, where you created them originally in Outlook
Windows? The categories do not sync - you need to recreate them in
Entourage. Or from where? A Palm? Palm event categories don't sync using the
Entourage Conduit.

But the fact that you refer to them as "multiple calendars" makes me wonder
whether they came from iCal, where they would indeed be called "calendars".
If so, how did you im port them? As .ics files? That would only work if you
are in Entourage 11.2.3, not 11.0. Again, the iCal calendar info does _not_
import that way - you have to create the categories in Entourage and apply
them all manually. Or see below.

Or are you using SyncServices? Once again, that would mean that you actually
have Entourage 11.2.3. And SyncServices only syncs to an "Entourage"
calendar in iCal, not to multiple calendars. So I don't see how that would
be the case.

If you are trying to sync to or import from multiple iCal calendars, the
only way to automatically preserve that info as colored categories in
Entourage is by using my "Sync Entourage-iCal" script (Tiger or Panther
version as appropriate). If that's what you're trying to do, I can tell you
where to get the script.

You need to provide information as to what you're trying to do, and where
these calendar events come from.

I have been given delegated privigilas to another calendar. I can see
both calendars in the entourage but it all shows at one.

So you DO have an Exchange account - it would help if you'd have said so.

What does "it all shows at one" (or even "as one") mean? You just said you
can see both calendars.

Note that Exchange does NOT sync categories. So any categories that the
person you are delegate for - whether they access their own calendar in
Entourage or in Outlook - will not sync to your view of their calendar. All
their events will have no category ("None") and will display in black font
color. Your own Calendar should display the colors of whatever categories
you have assigned to the various events _in Entourage_ (not Outlook).
Calendars themselves do not have colors, nor do their events automatically
display colors. To get colors, you need to assign categories.

If you really want all events of you personal calendar to display all in one
color and all events of the calendar you're delegate for to display in
another color (but why? when they're in separate calendars), make two
categories in the colors you want, named for you and your colleague. Then go
to the All Events calendar view in the Calendar area (left pane). Click on
the Folder column header to sort by calendar. Shift-click (hold down shift
key and click) the topmost and bottom-most event on your own calendar to
select all of them. Then click anywhere in the Folder column in the selected
group, choose Categories in the popup menu and select your own category in
the list. All the items will show up in the chosen color. Then do the same
(shift-click to select) for all events in your colleague's calendar,
choosing the appropriate category there, to get all those in the correct
color. Then switch back to the calendars and you'll see all the events are
colored the correct color.
