changing data labels on the x & Y axis

I am having trouble constructing a bar chart graph
comparing the financial strength of 7 financial
institutions. Each one is ranked by three different credit
agencies.

I can't seem to change the verticle axis(Y)?, from numeric
to letter form. on one verticle axis I want to display
from bottom to top A,A+,AA_,AA+, AAA. on the opposite
verticle axis i need to display from bottom to top; A2,
A1,Aa3, Aa2, Aa1, Aaa. Help!

I think you're going to have better luck making this happen in Excel
than in PPT. PPT's graphing is not nearly as powerful as Excel's.
