Changing default account

Processor: Intel
Email Client: pop

Whenever I want to create a new email, it shows up as being sent from an email address that I never intended to sent from except under special circumstances. I discovered that Entourage has somehow made this my default account. How do I change this so that my preferred email address is my default account?

Open the Accounts window under Tools in the Menu bar. Select the account you
want as default and click on the "Make Default" icon in the top right of the
window.
