Changing default message list in MS Outlook Web

I go my company web site which is prudential nw
properties and go to mail. It gets me to ms outlook
web. It brings up mail in the default view. which is
oldest first. I want to change the default to messages
which is newest first. I have not found a way to change
the initial view to permanently upon start up go to
messages.
