Changing format in Organization Charts

I have made several organization charts in the past, and have not had a
problem until now!!! I need to have the "header" box (if you will), then
directly UNDER that box (not to the side, directly under it) another box,
then another box BEFORE going to the regular format.

Everytime I "insert" a box, it automatically goes to the left instead of
under the first box. I've tried moving it, I clicked on everything, and
NOTHING. Can you please help me. Thanks to anyone who knows what the heck I
am talking about and can help.

Assuming you're using PPT 2002 or 2003, then turn off the autolayout option
on the Org Chart/Diagramming toolbar.
