Changing Hard Drive -- What Do I Save?

H

I'm upgrading my hard drive in my Power Mac 5400. I want to save all
my old messages and my address book from my running of Microsoft
Entourage 2001. What do I save and where do I place it on my new hard
drive? I use OS 9.1. Any help would be appreciated.

By the way, if anyone knows, what do I do in reference to Microsoft
Internet Explorer V. 5.1?

You need to copy your Entourage 2001 identity folder. I would just suggest
you back up the "Microsoft User Data" folder, located here:
HD:Documents:Microsoft User Data

If you're going to continue using Entourage 2001 when you put in the new
drive, copy the Microsoft User Data folder to a folder called "Documents" on
the new drive (the path should appear the same as above, with only the disk
name differing). You should then be able to access your old data.

If you want to save your favorites, open Internet Explorer, go to Window ->
Favorites, and then go to File -> Export Favorites. Save the file to some
removable media to back it up. Then, when you are set up again, open
Internet Explorer, go to Window -> Favorites, and then go to File -> Import
Favorites. Select the file you saved earlier to import them.
