Changing icons for importance level, can you help?

Hi everyone,

I want to change the icon ! for the importance level of
my email. Say a smiley face or anything to draw
attention or to personalize my sent email so the sender
knows it is me and won't throw my email out with the rest
of the spam. Any help would be greatly welcomed!! And I
want to thank anyone contributing to my question in
advance. Thank you

operating on the XP system.

You can't. Also note that the importance level marker is controlled by the
mailclient of the receiver and not by the sender.
