Changing International Dictionary using Fn Key?

I'm working with an individual in Mexico who very frequently spell checks individual e-mails in either english or spanish. Is there a quick way to change the international dictionary without having to get out of the e-mail, going to Tools\Options\Spelling and changing the Language option back and forth? Is there such a way to quickly toggle in the e-mail?
