Changing JUNK mail to GOOD mail - 2nd Try!

R

Richard Wilkinson

There are a variety of ways to mark inbox e-mail as junk or as containing
adult content so that it will be re-routed on subsequent occasions.
However, how do we mark a legitimate e-mail sender, sent to the junk inbox,
as a legitimate sender? Occasionally, we have good mail sent to the JUNK
folder and we need a quick way to identify the sender as a legitimate sender
so that it will not be sent to the JUNK folder.

Thanks,

Richard

If you select the item in your Junk Mail folder you should see a button on
the Standard Toolbar "Not Junk". Just select that and the sender is added to
your safe list.

Thank you for the reply, Bill. However, we cannot see any 'NOT JUNK' button
on the Outlook 2002 standard toolbar. We have checked the toolbar, menus,
and help, but find no reference to such a feature?

Thanks,
Richard

It is Outlook 2003 that has that feature.
