Changing keyboard shortcuts

In every Windows application I use, Microsoft or otherwise, Ctrl-F
brings up a find dialog. It's a reflexive keystroke for me now.
Outlook, sadly, maps this shortcut to "Forward" -- how can I change
this behavior?

Have you tried looking at keyboard shortcuts in Outlook's built in help?
