Changing location where clip art from web is saved

I'm a help desk tech that has a user that can't see the extra clip art from
the web in the "clip art task pane". The only artwork that shows up is clip
art in the Office folder in the program files folder. I believe this is
because the web clip art is saved in the temporary internet files folder,
which the user doesn't have access to. I can't remove the restriction because
of our policy. Is there a way to change where the clip art is saved, for
instance a folder the user can access? Is there another option?

You can create a folder, as long as the user saves the clipart rather than open it on
the ClipArt site it will go into the specified folder. Click "download now", save, a
window will come up, browse to the folder...

Sorry, but I don't think I explained the problem very well. When the user
clicks on the "picture frame" toolbar button, then selects "clip art", there
is a task pane in publisher that shows clip art. If I do this logged on with
an admin accout, the task pane will populate with clip art from the hard
drive and from office.microsoft.com. With the user's restrictions, only clip
art from the hard drive will show. I believe this is because the user doesn't
have rights to "c:\Documents and Settings\Username\Local Settings\Temporary
Internet Files", where the clip art is stored. I've shown the user how to
browse and download the clip art from Microsoft's web site, but I'd like her
to be able to use the convenience of the task pane for web clip art. I can't
find an option to change where Publisher can temporarily store web clip art
for the task pane and I can't give the user read rights to her "Local
Settings" folder. Thank you for the help

The clipart is not stored in the Internet temp files, this is simply a holding place
until the download is complete. If the Internet cache is full, the clipart will not
be found anywhere on your computer when you download. All clipart goes into the
Organizer except when it is copied from the Microsoft Clipart site. If the user has
on-line accessibility, then the clipart should show up in the task pane. Look to see
if web collections is checked in the Organizer. Open Publisher help, under See Also,
open Online Content Settings, check to be sure the user is on-line.
Does the user use the browser? In IE, tools, Internet Options, delete files, this
will clear the cache.
