Changing name in news

Hi Group
Some time ago someone kindly gave me advice on how to change my name in
newsgroups to stop spam. Unfortunately I lost the printout I made. Can
anyone help again please. Sorry for messing you about.

Go to Tools > Accounts, and create a new mail account.  If the Account Setup
Assistant appears, choose to "Configure account manually".  Name the account
"Fake" or "No Spam" or something like that.  Enter your name in the "Name"
field, and the fake address in the "E-mail address" field.  Leave the
Receiving Mail fields blank, and type in your real SMTP server in the
appropriate spot.  Click OK to save the account.  

Now, click the "News" tab, and open your news server.  Double-click to open
your news server.  Under "E-mail account", select the fake one you just
created, and click OK.  Now news messages will have the spam-protected
"From" address in the headers.
