Changing number of Most Recently Used (MRU) docs displayed?

My product: Office 2003 Professional.

My issue: I'm in and out of a number of different projects daily. In Word,
I've found it helpful to use the Tools > Options > General menu to increase
the number of MRUs displayed in the File menu.

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to make the same adjustment to
the default of 4 MRUs displayed in Publisher.

Anybody got a suggestion for me? Thanks in advance for the help.
