changing regional language from US

What do you do when English US is the only default language option available
in Control Panel>Regional and Language Options>Languages>details>Default
Input Language. I need to change it to English Aus. This is Office 2003 on
WinXP Pro.

Have you clicked on the "Add" button? That should fetch up a
dropdown list of languages. I think your WinXP CD will need
to be available to the system in order to add an input
language.
