Changing the File Naming Format

I currently drag emails from Outlook to various job folders on a larg
network. The default filename for an Outlook message is the email'
subject line. Often times many messages will have the same subjec
line. Can I change the way Outlook names files? I waste a lot of tim
changing file names when archriving emials. It would be great to ge
Outlook to save the messages/files as the email's RECIPIENT/SENDER NAM
and DATE. Is there a place to specify how outlook names its emai
files? Thanks
