Changing the notification sound

I use OS X10.1.5 and am trying to change the notification sound of
incoming mail. There are few choices which originally came with the
program. Does anyone know how to change the sound? Is WAV usable for
the sound? I downloaded some sounds from the M&M website and want to
use one of the voices for the notification. Please someone instructs
me how to!!

I don;t know what application can actually create SoundSets for
ENtourage but I thought you could be interested to know that you can
find many sound sets for this apps on SoundSet central:

They even have an application that can modify sound sets but I have
never tried it so I don;t know whether it would do what you want:
