Changing The Phone Defaults

When you create a new contact, the four phone number firleds you see by
default are:

Business, Home, Business Fax, Mobile

Is there a way to chage it so that a new contact starts with

Business, Business Fax, Mobile, Assistant

Or some other combination?

Used the drop down boxes to the left of the items and select the desigantions in the order you wish

I know how to change them manually. I want to change it so they default to
a specified order so that the users don't have to change them for every
contact they create.

Anyone know if this is possible? Thanks.
