Changing the Send/Receive time?

I'm trying to change the send/receive time....but I cannot see where I can
do it.



Can anyone help

I went there and it shows list, but no place to change to less than 10 minutes. help ...

Select Repeating Schedule from the popup. If you set it too low (like 2
min), you can have problems.
