It depends on why you want to do this. If it's for the
page number in a footer, do it this way. View, Header &
Footer, Switch Between Header & Footer, Insert Page Number
("#" icon), Page Number Format, ("#" icon with hand),
bottom of screen "Start page numbering at ___" and fill in
with number you want.
If you want to change value for another reason (table of
contents, for example), my suggestion would be to re-post,
stating that's why you want to change the value.
