Hello,

I have been making charts (mainly histograms) using powerpoint. Whenever i
finish working on the graph and click outside the graph area, the graph
changes resolution and or font and becomes ugly. I am doing anything wrong?
Is there anything i can do to solve this problem

Does the chart look "ugly" in edit view or also when you show the slide show.
(You probably have edit view set to < 100% which will distort things a bit)
Charts will be resized depending on the layout chosen but you might check in
format>object> size that the hieght and width are the same %age.

hello and thanks for your reply,

Actually you provided me with the better word to describe the problem. The
chart looks distorted. Yes it looks distorted all the time when i am not
making any changes to it (when i am done making changes, i normally click
outside the area and all of a sudden it is distorted, the fonts little
thicker, the lines little thicker, things like that.... i wish there is a way
to show you what i am talking about, can i send you few slides?

To answer your other question, it looks distorted when i show my slides too.

Yes the height and width are the same percentage (i use lock aspect ratio
all the time)

Thank you so much,
ziyad
