Ivan in 2004 pushed water three feet into our house, which severely damaged
or destroyed our furniture downstairs, soaked our records, damaged the roof
causing rain damage, blew two tall,,-- about 40 ft. pine trees into the canal
behind us, damaging our dock and back yard. Azalea bushes, grass and other
assorted foliage was destroyed.
I would like advice on developing a chart to show:
1. Initial cost and date purchased
2. Cost of repair or replacement
3. Am't paid by Insurance
Balance (To be deducted from income tax)
