check box on insert object window

I am doing a genealogical presentation (slidesshow)witch involve many
sub-presentations all linked by the families relations.While navigating
across the programm there is a time where all the presentations are open
chocking the computer.I like to suggest to add a check box on the (insert
object) window as an option to close previous presentation (mirror slide
link) so to load one presentation at a time and have still the linked
proprieties.
