Checking e-mails sent out

Dear all,

is there a way to check if your mail system is being
hacked to send out e-mails? I get alot of spam and have a
firewall, anti-virus and a spam handling on my mail but I
seem to receive alot of "unable to deliver mails" which I
haven't sent,

These msgs, and also ones mentioning Virus found are allmost certainly also
Spam and therefore nothing to do with yr sys

The messages you are getting are probably the result of a virus infection on
someone else's computer. The infected computer has you in its address book,
and the virus sends out messages using your address as the 'from' address.
If the message can't get through then you get the NDR.
