CHINESE FONTS FOR OFFICE XP

One of the Manager that works in my company sent out some perfixes in english
to be translate into chinese. When they sent back the e-mail the fonts were
not in chinese.

Here is and example:
Please take me to: (Translate to Chinese) Çë´øÎÒÈ¥

I enable Microsoft Office XP Language Setting and that didn't work.
Please help me with this problem.
