Hello All Experts,
I am using Office XP and have the follwing problem:
I have data in Col A for examples as follows:
Col A
1 Peter Dias Street, Pali Hill >>> This is an example String
2 HILL AVENUE
3 Street Avenue
In B2 I wish to have a formula which should test the string in A1 for the
five possibilities viz.
Peter
Dias
Street
Pali
Hill
and put the value as follows
B2 = Hill (as per the example mentioned above)
B3 = Street
In other words Col B should have atleast one value from the String in A1.
Pls note that no two words are repeated in the String for eg.. there are no
two Streets no two Hills on a single Cell
Can this be achieved?
