circular radial text wrapping

I am desparately trying to find out how to wrap text around a circle so that the text reads 'radially'. An example of this is a company rubber corpoate seal stamp where the text is positioned radially inside the gap between two concentric circles. Help would be appreciated.

Are you using MS Publisher? Which version?
Have you tried using WordArt?

Yes, try the following.

Open the WordArt Gallery and choose the third
from left on the top row. Enter your text / OK.

On the WordArt toolbar...choose...WordArt Shape...
Circle.

If necessary, drag the top or bottom handle until
the circle is round.

It won't look good with only a few words...if the
shape appears irregular...add more words.

This should be enough to get you started.
