CIW for Office 2K & Product Keys

The step-by-step instructions on this pag
http://www.microsoft.com/office/ork/2003/ref/RefA04.htm#sub_
refers to a screen "Configure Local Installation Source" tha
I never see when I run the Office 2000 Custom Installation Wizar
(version 1.0.0.3728). How can I create unique transforms (.mst files
for each computer; differing only in the 25-character product key
I could even settle for a single transform that wouldn'y prompt m
for a product key. I want to run completely unattended Office installs

(Also, how can I instruct "setup" to not wait for user input when i
comes to EULA acceptance?

What am I missing

Thanks in advance

Hey everyone,
I just wanted to let you know there is a site that may be of some use. A
lot of people who work with Novell products, and are VERY good with
implementations and troubleshooting, frequent the site. You can find it at:

Thank you for your response, Keith.
Still, I'm confused: if I'm not given the opportunity
in the Custom Installation Wizard to enter the license
numbers, what is the good of having them? Is there
some enterprise version of the CIW I should know about?
How & when can I enter those keys?

ok, lets start again
what kind of media do you have, retail/oem/enterprise
what kind of keycode do you have, retail/oem/vlk

The License Key is entered in the Administrative
Installation (setup -a) which copies the installation
files to a network share (Administrative Installation
Point).

Since the software came with the two dozen Dell
systems we purchased, I guess it would be OEM
(both key and media). Sorry to ask, but how do
I verify OEM vs. enterprise? We are using Office
2000, Small Business Edition (if it matters).

Again, thanks for your time.

I had already done this (setup -a) but was never
prompted for a License Key. I'm beginning to suspect
that the missing screen in Custom Installation Wizard
is because I am using a non-enterprise version of
Office 2K (not because there are different versions
of CIW). Does that sound right?
