Click Send Button - Crash. Entourage/Panther/Exchange

I have Entourage 10.1.4 (latest versions), Panther 10.3.2 and use an
exchange 2000 server.

Frequently, when I click the "Send" button Entourage will quit. When I
go back into it, the email I sent will be in the local Outbox instead
of the imap Sent Items.

This happens several times a day. It used to do it on 10.2.8 as well.
I have tried rebuilding permissions, etc.

Any ideas?

Try opening the Progress window (it's in the Window menu) and leave it open.
This stopped a friend of mine from crashing on send.
