Clicking on weblink ask for exe file

Hi, when I have Firefox as the default browser and click a link in a e-mail
message in Outlook 2003 it opens the link in Firefox but then Outlook asks
me to select an EXE file, it opens a file dialog box. This doesn't happen
when IE is the default browser.
Any suggestions?
