Clicking the new message icon / does not allow me to type a new m.

My email is not operating. Messages arrive. I can not forward, reply to, or
type a new message. In the past I simply checked the new message icon. A
screen popped up and asked for the receipent address, and provided a space
for me to type a message. Currently a small area pops ups, and doesn not give
me access to type a message. I can not respond to, forward, or send a message.

Can you resize that small area? Maybe you have minimized your email form to
such an extent that you can't see any fields in it.
