Client Quits on certain e-mails

On some of the e-mails I open the entourage client quits saying it has
encountered a problem and needed to quit. Seems as thought the e-mail from
people on Notes has this error. Any ideas?

Yeah. If you get this often, try rebuilding the Entourage database. That¹s
worked for me on a number of different issues. Database Utility is the
program to use and it¹s normally in Œ/Applications/Microsoft Office
2004/Office¹ (found with Spotlight). Follow the prompts.

Use the free application "Preferential Treatment" to check your preference
files (specifically com.apple.internetconfig.plist) for problems.

If that doesn't work, try moving the com.apple.internetconfig.plist file
from ~/Library/Preferences to another location, logging out and back, and
trying again, to see if that preference file is corrupted.

If that doesn't work, there must be something that's causing the HTML
rendering engine in Entourage to crash.
